Project Details
This facility occupies a 40 acre site and a 130,000 SF cross dock distribution center, 12,000 SF of finished office space, a fuel center, a maintenance garage and a guard house. The distribution center is designed to allow for efficient work flow when loading and unloading shipments. The project involves over 14,000 yards of poured concrete, 900 tons of steel and 160,000 cubic yards of soil displacement and over 7,000 feet of fencing.
