The office in this building is made of tilt-up concrete panel and the distribution area is a pre-engineered steel building. The facility is located only a few miles North of the Mexico border and occupies over 25,000 sf of space. The center increases efficiency through the 40 dock doors on opposite sides of the building, allowing for a smoother traffic flow.
