Veneklasen Construction has built several distribution facilities for FedEx Ground with the Ann Arbor facility being 105,000 square feet. This building is a pre-cast with a brick/block appearance. Efficiency is enhanced by having the truck bays on opposite sides of the building, allowing smooth traffic flow.
