Project Details
Veneklasen Construction was single-sourced to demolish part of an existing two story structure and construct an addition to the existing building. Portions of the new structure were built over the existing building while the plant remained operational. This required continuous communication with the owner and plant operations throughout the construction process. Once the new structure was complete, the existing structure was demolished from the inside. Due to the sensitive nature of a food processing facility, many special precautions were required to maintain a clean environment.
